PARTNER
Ramón focuses on deal origination, execution, transformation and value creation initiatives within the Industrial portfolio companies.
Ramón worked for General Electric and held finance positions in the UK, Belgium and Spain, for PA Consulting and A&M in the restructuring and PE practice, and led MBIs and investments as an investor and executive.
Julian de Bournet
PARTNER
Julien began his career in IBM’s SME strategy consulting arm before moving into investment roles at hedge funds in the UK and Switzerland.
He later spent over a decade executing direct private debt and private equity transactions across a range of sectors
Toni Bonet
PARTNER
Toni focuses on transaction analysis, execution and value creation in B2B Service business, acting as NED and interim executive.
Toni worked for several large PEs, managed a growth investment vehicle in the B2B Service sector, served as COO, CEO of ADP, a Fortune 300, and as an advisor at Accenture, KPMG, and A&M.
